Custom Tours, LLC dba Kushner & Associates ("K&A," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
When you submit a reservation request, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, flight information, pickup/drop-off details, and any notes you add. When you complete payment, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details directly — we do not store your full card information on our servers. If you sign our Terms & Conditions, we record your typed name, IP address, browser information, and the time of signing, as required for a valid electronic signature.
How we use information
We use this information to review, price, and fulfill your transportation request, to communicate with you about your reservation, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Service providers
We share information with trusted providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (secure data storage), and, if you sign in as staff, Google (authentication). These providers only receive what they need to perform their function.
Cookies and analytics
We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our public pages, and an optional accessibility-preferences tool that stores your display preferences only in your own browser.
Data retention
We retain reservation and payment records as long as needed for business, legal, and accounting purposes.
